Introduction

 

This portfolio will focus on management and leadership theories and their practical use within the live event sector. 

 

The e-portfolio will first assess three different management and leadership theories. It will then provide evidence and analyse an implementation of these through a management plan, which was followed at a live music event. Lastly, the e-portfolio will include an evaluation of the implementation of the theories, including an identification of successes and areas of improvement.
